Chris serves as a key player in the Cultures consultation and delivery team. He brings a depth of knowledge with over 20 years and has worked with various age levels ranging from preschool to the college level; including proudly serving as a board member for the Chambersburg Montessori Academy, a pre-k through 8 school in PA. Chris has extensive experience in teaching restorative practices, social emotional learning, development, diversity, equity, and belonging.

Chris currently serves as the Director of Community Wellness at Tabor Academy, assistant coach for boy’s varsity soccer and lacrosse, and lives in Makepeace House with his family. Prior to Tabor, Chris served as the Assistant Head of School at Mercersburg Academy, Dean of Student Life at Cushing Academy, and Dean of Students at The Severn School.
