The Cultures of Dignity team is coming to Manitoba Teachers’ Society on Feb. 12th & 13th for a workshop on creating a culture of dignity in your community!
This workshop will transform the way we understand youth culture to create educational communities where children can thrive.
Topics covered:
— Bullying, by-standing, teasing, drama & social conflict.
— Adolescent development & group dynamics and social media & identity development.
— Bigotry and the influence on individual self-perception & decision making.
$150 for members, $180 for nonmembers, and $75 for students

Rosalind Wiseman is the co-founder of Cultures of Dignity, an organization that works to understand and engage with the social, academic, and emotional complexities of adolescence. She is a multiple New York Times bestseller and author of Queen Bees & Wannabes, Masterminds & Wingmen and the Owning Up Curriculum.
Charlie Kuhn oversees the strategic vision for Cultures of Dignity to develop partnerships with innovative educational institutions and to help increase young people’s academic engagement, emotional well-being, and physical safety.
