LEAD CHANGE!, Cultures of Dignity Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Fellowship is a virtual program designed for educators and administrators who want to grow in SEL leadership development and create or enhance a culture of belonging in their schools.

This comprehensive fellowship integrates social-emotional learning (SEL) into existing school systems by focusing on the core elements of dignity. Participants will engage in sessions that cover key SEL topics such as dignity, navigating social dynamics, emotional awareness, self-regulation, and reasonable expectations. The fellowship provides theoretical understanding, practical examples, and explicit instruction to equip educators with knowledge and tools.

Through the fellowship, participants will partner one on one with Cultures of Dignity to address a specific SEL need in their school community and collaborate with their leadership team to develop and implement a high-functioning SEL program rooted in the elements of dignity.
